Return Process

• Products must be returned to the following address without undue delay and within 30 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal:

Refunds

Warranty

Defects and Faults

• Alpen guarantees that products are free from defects at the time of delivery and for a period of two years thereafter. 
• This warranty does not cover:

  • Lack of proper maintenance as per the user manual
  • Damage from accidents, natural disasters, or other external causes

Claim Procedure

• To make a warranty claim, send the claim information in an e-mail to info@pygar.us, providing details of the defect, your order number, and, if requested, photos of the defect.
• If the defect is acknowledged, we will repair or replace the product. If neither is possible within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience, you may request a refund or price reduction.
